In case you feel unsatisfied with your purchase, then rest assured. We are here to help.

Returns
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns unless the items are damaged or defective provided it needs to be reported in 7 days.
However, there are certain conditions we require you to comply with in order to help make the process smoother:

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as when you bought it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

You will, understandably, be required to furnish a receipt or proof of purchase, for the item you wish to return.

If item is damaged, then you must click a picture and present it to us via mail, as proof of damage.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we shall notify you of the same.
We will then inspect the item to check for the issue or damage, as reported by you. After the inspection is done, we will inform of the status of your refund.
If the return is accepted and approved, then we shall promptly initiate your refund payment. This may be made towards your credit card, or whatever original mode of payment you made the payment with.
The amount shall be credited to you within a few days, depending upon your card issuer’s policies regarding these matters.

Cancellation

Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at chamuchmasala@gmail.com. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.

Shipping
It must be pointed out that any shipping costs, which arise from the process of return, must be covered by you. Return shipping is not included as part of our refund policy, and you must bear that amount.

As you can understand, these processes take time, and we are committed to making sure that the utmost care is taken in matters of customer satisfaction. So do have patience with us in case any such issue or delay crops up.
